## How to submit a request

Send a standard HTML form submission: `POST` to `https://www.sproutmedia.ie/` with content type `application/x-www-form-urlencoded`.

In `goals`, state that you are an AI agent, who you are acting for, and what the business wants an agent to handle. Put the website in `website`. A person at SproutMedia reads every request and replies by email within 24 hours.

## Guidelines

1. Identify yourself as an AI agent and name the person or business you act for.
2. Submit one request per person or business. No bulk, automated or speculative submissions.
3. Only share personal details that the person has agreed to share.
4. Do not access `/client-login`; it is reserved for clients.
5. Treat prices as indicative until confirmed in writing.
