Recommended by assistants, bookable by agents
Your next customer may never open your website. Their assistant decides whether to recommend you, and their agent does the booking in its own browser. We make sure both can read your services, prices and availability, trust what they find, and finish the booking without getting stuck. It covers GEO and AI visibility, then goes a step further: agents can book you, not just name you.
The way customers buy is changing
This year the big platforms moved from assistants that answer to agents that act. Here is what that means for your business.
Customers are starting to delegate
In September 2026 Meta launched Muse, a personal agent that opens its own browser, fills in forms, books and pays, and keeps working after the user closes the app. xAI's Grok Bot gives every agent its own cloud computer. OpenAI and Google are shipping the same idea. Most of these launch in the US first, so European businesses have a short head start to get ready.
“Check-up and clean, Thursday afternoon, under €100.”
Agents pick the businesses they can understand
An agent works fast and has no patience for guesswork. It cannot read a menu saved as an image, guess at your prices or wait on hold to ask about a slot. When information is vague, scattered or out of date, it moves on to a competitor whose isn't. Being clear to software is now as important as being clear to people.
- 19:12Customer's agentCompared three practices and chose this one: prices and slots were readable
- 20:40Customer's agentNew patient check-up booked, Thursday 10:30 · €20 deposit
- 22:05AI assistant“Do they take VHI?” answered from the practice's own page
- 23:58Customer's agentFriday appointment moved to Monday 9:00, within the policy
- 06:15Customer's agentHygiene clean booked for Saturday · €20 deposit
Your side answers theirs
When a customer's agent checks a price at 11pm or tries to book a slot for Thursday, something on your side has to answer it. We connect your booking system and business information so agents can book directly, and where it helps, we build an agent that speaks for your business to other agents. Software talking to software, working to your rules.
What a review finds and fixes
The same gaps come up in almost every business. Each one is small on its own, and each one is enough to send an agent to a competitor.
Every review runs the same real tasks through the major AI assistants. The first three show whether you get recommended, the last whether an agent can actually book you. Each is scored pass, partial or fail, so you see exactly where things break and what to fix first.
“Find a dentist in Limerick open on Thursday.”
Does the assistant surface you, with the right location and hours?
“How much is a check-up and clean?”
Does it quote your real services and prices, or guess?
“Are they good? Do they take my insurance?”
Can it back you up with reviews, credentials and clear policies?
“Book me in for 15:30.”
Can it finish the booking or purchase, or does it hit a dead end?
No one can guarantee that an AI assistant will recommend a business. We make you easy to find, understand, trust and book, and we measure the results.
Working systems, not slide decks
SproutMedia (Sprout Media Limited) is a small team of engineers and product builders in Dublin, shipping software and automation since 2013. We build it, put it in front of real customers, and stay accountable for how it performs.
Readiness Review
We test how AI assistants find, describe and book your business today, and map the work an agent could take off your team.
